Politique d’expédition

We currently ship only within the state of Florida (USA).

All orders are processed and shipped by our logistics partner Antares Logistics (Doral, FL) within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Two delivery options are available:
• UPS Ground – Signature and valid 21+ ID required upon delivery.
• Local Pickup – By appointment only at Antares Logistics, under Cecile’s Bakery retail license.

Important notes:
• Delivery is considered complete once signed for by an adult aged 21+.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or outside Florida.
• Customers must ensure accurate shipping details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or age verification failure.
• If delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be canceled without refund.

We do not allow unauthorized freight forwarding or exportation of our products. Any such attempts may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
