Due to the nature of our product (alcoholic beverages), all sales are final and we do not accept returns, except in the case of breakage during transport.

If a product arrives damaged, customers must:
• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic evidence showing the damaged item, its packaging, and shipping label.

If the damage is validated, a replacement or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to taste, gifting errors, or change of mind.

Any abuse of the refund process (e.g. repeated or unjustified claims) may result in account suspension and legal action.
