Brut “Le Secret” – The Signature Cuvée of Delphine Révillon

This is where it all began. Our very first cuvée, born from a year spent walking the vineyards, tasting, and selecting only the finest grapes from independent growers.

When friends asked what I was working on, I smiled and said: “Shhh… it’s a secret.”

Crafted with 60% Chardonnay, this elegant Brut reveals delicate brioche notes, a creamy texture, and a dry finish , the purest expression of what Champagne should feel like when it’s made with heart.
